Okay, now we are going to start talking about
the questions. Oh, man this is a big, big category and the first thing that you want
to look at with regards to question; think ahead. You kind of have to get yourself in
the mind of the interviewer which sometimes can be a scary place, but plan in your mind
as you’re thinking ahead what the interviewer might; what kind of questions they might ask.
You also want to plan what kind of questions you might ask. So, you’re thinking of the;
from the perspective of the interviewer and the interviewee. Now, let me tell you a little
tip. Interviewers; the person that’s going to be interviewing you will generally gear
their questions towards the needs of the organization. They are very clearly looking to fill a position
and they have a sense of who they’re looking for and what they need to fill that position
and get that job done. So, as you’re preparing and thinking about the questions that they
might ask you. Remember that they’re going to be gearing them towards the needs of the
organization. Obviously, you’re going to be gearing your questions towards your needs.
And I’m going to talk more specifically about those; a total break down on that. But that’s
just general information as you start to think about the questions that you’re going to ask
in the interview process.
