Kris Jenner Interviews Ellen to Be Her Assistant

Tell everybody what
Bumble Bizz is. Bumble Bizz is an
app, and it’s an app that you can go to to match
with somebody that you’re looking for to be a part of
your organization, your team. I’m hiring an assistant, so it’s
the perfect place for me to go. And what really surprised
me was there’s no fee. And they’re vetted. They’re all vetted
ahead of time. They’re all vetted, and
it’s a really wonderful, wonderful company
that I’m really proud to be a part of this. Bumble Bizz, all right. So I am going– Yeah, it’s really,
really, really great. I’m going to give you my resume. And then– Oh, your resume? This is my resume. And– Ellen Lee? Yeah, that’s my name. Oh, that’s so cute. Yeah, thank you. That’s your real name? Yeah, Ellen Lee Degeneres. Oh, OK. All right. All right, here comes the desk. Oh, very busy. All right, so you
have my resume. Now I’m going to ask
you some questions, because really, it has
to be right for me, too. Is there any questions about
my resume that you have? Wait, “to get paid the most,
while simultaneously doing the least”? Yeah. What? Daytime Emmys, 59? Yeah. Really? Yeah! That’s so amazing! And People’s Choice Awards, 20? “I’m the most decorated
People’s Choice Award winner in the 43 year history–” Listen, you’re going to want me. I need to know if I want you. Now listen. That’s my resume, but let
me ask you some questions. And you hosted the Oscars twice? Yeah. You don’t need a job. No, I– Everybody always wants– You don’t need a job,
either, but you keep working. OK. Yeah, you’re right. I mean, you can
quit right now, too. But I want to know what it would
be like to be your assistant. What, and answer me seriously,
what would the hours be if I were your assistant? There really are no hours. You just have to be available
24/7, seven days a week, but I usually wouldn’t
torture you on weekends. OK, but 24/7 availability. Yes. And would that mean– On call, on your phone. You know, after hours– You’d have to be– If I text you, and I
need write a cocktail– Oh, so to make you
cocktails as well? You’re not a mixologist? Well, I have been a
bartender, so I could do– Oh, that’s handy. But you just drink
vodka, so that’s easy. Do I get an assistant? It seems like I’m
going to be busy. An assistant needs
an assistant to do like, if I have to be there for
you when you need something, I can send my assistant off. Well, you would have to
show me how that would all work out, in that that– You know, I’m open. I have a good
attitude about that. OK, when’s the last time
you went to a grocery store? Like a month ago. What’d you get? Avocados. I needed avocados. How many did you buy? Eight. They were ripe and ready to go? You can’t just go buy avocado. They’re never ready. Yeah, Gelson’s! They have them in the back. You just ask the guy, “Can
I have some ripe avocados?” And he gives them to the perfect
avocado to make guacamole. Wow, now we know that. I always have to guess,
because you don’t– No. Until you feel it. No, Gelson’s. Ask the guy. All right, you just signed
a $150 million deal with E! How much petty cash am I allowed
to take from the family bank? $100. $100 a day? No! Well, just keep it in
the petty cash envelope, and then you can replenish
it when you need to. Like if you need
to go to Starbucks or you need a little something
from the post office. What would I need
from the post office? I don’t know. Post office? I don’t know, do people go
to the post office anymore? I mean, I haven’t been in years. No, I know. And I don’t even believe
you went to the grocery store a month ago. I did! I swear I did. I did. All right, just to get avocados? Yeah. Why wouldn’t you send your
assistant for something like that? Because it was a Sunday. But they’re supposed to be
available 24/7, seven days a week. I know! And they didn’t
answer the phone. That’s why I’m looking
for a new assistant! I see. Now we know. I would say, I really
would be a good– Do you think you’d
be a good assistant? Be honest. Or do you think you’re
not a good assistant? I think I would make a
really good assistant, because I’m so
detail-oriented, and I have really good
organizational skills, and I’m a good self starter. And that’s what I’m looking for. I just think that this
new app, Bumble Bizz, is so great for that,
because you can really go through a lot of
people without leaving the comfort of your own home. That’s fantastic, and then
you can vet them through that. They’re vetted first, and
then you can meet them when you’re ready to meet them. I love it. All right. Download the Bumble
app, and it’s free, and create your own
Bumble Bizz profile to see if you match with Kris
to become her other assistant. And you’re all going to get
$150 iTunes gift card, you guys!
