How to make a Good CV for Fresher / Less Experience Candidate

Hello! I am Sundeep Kataria and I am the CEO
of a Management Consulting firm ACS Consultants. For over 2 decades we have been providing

world. In this video, I am going to share important
components of a CV which a Fresher or entry level job seeker must pay attention to. Normally employers do not spend more than
a minute to go through your resume. Your resume also called a CV, can make you
stand above the crowd if written well and organized properly. So what all should your resume carry and should
not carry? The answer is that your resume is a summary
of your education, training, work experience, achievements and skills. Therefore, it is important that your resume
presents all this in the best possible manner. Let us Begin with The Header This should have your name and contact details. The name could be in bigger font size, while
contact details could follow the font size as rest of the CV text. Objective This is the beginning of your career. So you should share with the prospective employer
that what direction or department or field you are interested in which you want to make
a career. This will also help the Human Resource Deptt.
to arrange your interview with the right Team Leader. Therefore, be specific and not write
some general statement. Education This will help the prospective employer to
check if you have the basic qualification for the job you are applying for. Make sure you give all the details as the
year of passing out, full name of course etc. Internships & Projects The selector will refer to this section to
see if you have been exposed to the area you wish to make career in and if you have the
basic ability. Write the details very carefully as this will
show that how you are different from others applying for the same job. Special Skills This is something in addition to what you
have learnt in your college or university program. For example if you are an MBA with specialization
in marketing but have also learnt to do some software programming then do mention it. May be the employer is looking for this kind
of combination! Others This section should be well made use of to
show case your other abilities and learning like your knowledge of languages, your publications,
or any awards or recognitions received by you. This will definitely add value to your resume. Your first impression is your last impression;
you don’t have a second chance. Invest time in your resume to write it well. I hope you will find these points useful. You are most welcome to avail of our professional
